Personal Training

Here at Living Fit, I offer affordable personal training services and lifestyle and weight management consultation in my private studio where it’s just you and me. No need to bring anything but your desire to get in shape and have fun. We’ll start off with a 1/2 price  consultation session where we’ll map out your goals and you’ll tell me what fitness activities you like or would like to try. I’m not here to force a particular type of training on you–there are many different ways I can help you reach your weight loss or fitness goals and it’s important that they’re ways you enjoy. Then I’ll design a program just for you that you’ll stick with because you love it. You’ll get the results you’re looking for and feel amazing–read on to see what some of my current clients have to say about their experiences. My studio is state of the art and includes:

I first sought Laura’s help because of my interest in becoming a Special Agent with the FBI. Although I was always active growing up, I knew I had a long road ahead of me to not meet the FBI’s demanding fitness requirements.
