Workout Video: Full Body in 20 Minutes
I’ve had this video on the homepage for quite a while now–OK, like 4 years–so you’ve probably seen it before. I’m simply creating a post so I can stick it here in the video library. I still do it quite often, though!
All You Need Is Love…and an Exercise Band
I love this workout because it hits all the muscle groups, it’s pretty quick, and you can do it anywhere since it utilizes only an exercise band. I’d rate this workout at about a 6 out of 10 in intensity, although I’d love to hear what YOU think. You can easily dial the workout up or down with any number of modifications from using a thicker/thinner band to separating out/adding onto the multi-joint movements.
