Biking – Tour de South Stamford
As part of my ongoing quest to stave off workout boredom, I have gotten back into biking. It’s somewhat of a contact sport here in Stamford–the city has little in the way of bike paths–but the gorgeous shoreline makes up for some of the stress and stop and go. I made a nearly 17-mile loop in about 90 minutes for a 465-calorie burn. Not too shabby.
And on an uncomfortably moist day like today, the breezes that come with biking made it a lot more doable than jogging.
