I’ve recently received a few requests to post my workouts, so I started this new thread,
Laura’s Training Log. I’ll be uploading the info from my trusty Garmin Forerunner 405 CX, which will include my runs, bike rides, and the random cardio I do at home (you’ll see what I mean soon). I’ll also try to post my strength training workouts as much as possible, or, at the least, give you brief synopses of them. Below is the run I just completed. It was one of those days where I felt like I could run forever, but I stopped around 4.5 miles since I’ve only been doing short runs the last few weeks. It’s important to not increase running volume more than 10% a week to avoid injury. It’s sure hard to reign it in on days like this, though–you never know when you’ll have one of those superhuman-feeling days again!
