Workout Video: Walking Lunges
Here’s Part II of my lunge video series where I show you the walking lunge, a leg exercise you can do at the gym or at home. This is the basic move, but there are so many variations: step backward into the lunge instead of forward or hold a dumbbell or kettle bell in each hand to make it more difficult. Any way you do it, you’ll feel your heart pumping and really feel it working your leg muscles. Next week, I’ll show you how to combine the lunge with exercises for other muscle groups to help you save time and increase the intensity of your workouts.
