Workout Video: Lunges Part I
Throughout the next month, I’m going to post a four-part video series on lunges. I love these because they work all your upper leg muscles and you can do them anywhere. Over the course of the series, I’ll show you a number of different types of lunges so you can keep your workouts fresh and continue to challenge your legs.
But first, you need to know how to do a fundamental lunge corrrectly and that’s what this video will show you. As with squats, it’s important to keep the front knee lined up over your ankle. It should never go beyond the invisible line that starts at your toes and is perpendicular to the floor.
